Senior Solution Architect – Enterprise & HR Technology Architecture

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to support the evolution of a complex IT landscape within a large healthcare and service-oriented organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the future application and technology architecture aligned with business strategy
• Define target solution architectures covering applications, integrations, APIs, cloud, data, security, and identity management
• Translate architectural vision into actionable roadmaps, standards, principles, and governance models
• Ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions that support current and future business processes
• Support implementation teams and ensure compliance with architectural guidelines
• Advise executive leadership and business stakeholders on technology decisions and business impact
• Contribute to architecture governance and maturity improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with enterprise and business architects within the architecture community of practice
• Support HR technology transformation initiatives, including HR systems and time registration platforms
• Guide architecture, selection, and implementation processes, including technical requirements and vendor evaluations

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect in complex enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in integration architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and security
• Experience with HR systems and workforce/time registration solutions
• Advanced knowledge of architecture frameworks and modeling tools such as ArchiMate and UML
• Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture tools such as LeanIX, ADOIT, or Ardoq
• Strong understanding of architecture governance and maturity development
• Experience supporting procurement, selection, or implementation trajectories
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in healthcare or service-oriented organizations is an asset

• Dutch (native or bilingual proficiency)
• English (full professional proficiency)
