We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to support enterprise-scale transformation and technology initiatives within a complex banking environment. The role focuses on solution architecture, integrations, cloud adoption, and technology governance across critical business systems and platforms.

This is a highly visible position requiring a strong architectural background, the ability to influence technical direction, and close collaboration with business, development, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and review enterprise architecture solutions for business initiativews

• Support both internally developed and externally integrated systems

• Define high level architecture standards and best practices

• Coordinate activities across developers, analysts, DevOps, infrastructure and security teams

• Identify opportunities to improve security, performance and reliability

• Support technology strategy and architecture governance

• Prepare high level design documentation and architecture requirements

• Participate in RFP and solution evaluation activities

Requirements

• Experience designing and integrating complex enterprise systems

• Broad technology knowledge across modern application ecosystems

• Strong software architecture background and understanding of architecture frameworks

• Experience with microservices architecture and
DDD

• Strong cloud knowledge, including Azure and cloud agnostic solutions

• Previous hands on development experience in
C#
or
Java

• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills

• Experience creating architecture documentation and high level designs

• Ability to act as a technical authority and informal leader
