Senior Solutions Architect
The Senior Solution Architect architects, designs, implements, and optimizes enterprise network and collaboration solutions that enable secure, reliable, and scalable communication across the organization. This role primarily focuses on routing, switching, and wireless technologies while incorporating strategic voice and VoIP capabilities to support modern collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructures, including core routing, switching, and wireless architectures, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Integrate and optimize voice and collaboration solutions within the network, including VoIP systems, call routing, dial plans, and telephony platforms such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager and related infrastructure components. Enable modern collaboration platforms, including softphone solutions and Microsoft Teams integration, to ensure seamless interoperability between traditional telephony and software-based communications. Establish and enforce standards and best practices for network and voice solutions, covering device management, call quality optimization, and infrastructure scalability.
Evaluate emerging technologies and design innovative solutions that align with enterprise requirements for resiliency, security, and user experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with network, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver integrated communication solutions that support evolving business needs.
This role is ideal for a solutions architect who thrives at the intersection of advanced networking and enterprise collaboration, bringing expertise in routing, switching, wireless, and a sprinkle of VoIP to deliver modern, connected workplace experiences.
Minimum Education
8–12+ years of experience in healthcare technology, clinical systems, or solution architecture
Experience with clinical device integration and healthcare IT ecosystems
Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows
Experience with interoperability standards and system integration
Minimum Work Experience
Experience in pediatric or acute care hospital environments
Familiarity with patient engagement platforms and bedside technologies
Experience with Epic or other major EHR systems
Required Skills/Knowledge
Experience working in a heavily regulated industry. Healthcare is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of product management.
Experience working with global distributed multicultural teams.
Experience with agile leadership.
Experience with building, delivering and maintaining production ready products.
Knowledge of statistical data analysis and machine learning such as linear models, time series forecasting, neural network, random forest and NLP models, etc.
Expert in Python coding and utilization of machine learning and statistical packages for modeling.
Experience with database skills, SQL, NoSQL, coding for ETL.
Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty.
