ABOUT PORTO & POSITION
To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a large Shared Services Center based in Porto. In this context, within the Front Office IT department, Solution Analysts provide N2 support and operational oversight for critical applications such as Planview (Changepoint / Smart PS), Salesforce, Smart Recruiters and in-house tools.
As part of an initiative to increase support maturity and optimize costs, ALTEN is seeking a Senior Solution Analyst / N2 Team Lead – PPM (Planview Changepoint) to join its Porto-based organization. This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Business Solutions Manager – Front Office IT.
The role combines:
a PPM technical reference role (N3) for Planview/Changepoint, and
an operational N2 Team Lead role, with transversal responsibility for organization, service quality and skills development of Porto-based teams.
The objective is to strengthen PPM technical expertise while structuring and professionalizing N2 support.
THE CHALLENGE WE HAVE FOR YOU
As Senior Solution Analyst / N2 Team Lead, you will:
Act as N3 technical reference for Planview Changepoint (administration, configuration, integrations, vendor coordination)
Resolve complex technical incidents and contribute to the PPM IT roadmap
Coordinate and coach the N2 support team in Porto
Structure incident and request management, monitor SLAs and service quality
Collaborate with ServiceNow teams to improve support processes
Maintain documentation, reporting and knowledge bases
Ensure security, service continuity and GDPR compliance
MINIMUM / ESSENTIAL SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
PROFILE
Minimum 5 years of experience with PPM solutions (Planview/Changepoint)
Fluent English (mandatory); French is a plus
Strong SaaS and application administration experience
REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, Python and/or PowerShell
ServiceNow (N1/N2), Azure DevOps (N3)
ITIL processes
Power BI and advanced Excel
Strong coaching mindset, autonomy and service orientation
