We are looking for a Senior Software Quality Assurance (QA) Tester who will be based in Phnom Penh to support and grow our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality through testing, validation, troubleshooting, and system support. This role works closely with developers, stakeholders, and users to ensure system reliability, functionality, and performance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform Software Quality Assurance (QA) testing for internal systems and applications.
• Develop test cases, conduct system testing, confirm fixes, and report bugs to the development team.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare functional requirement documents and user guidelines.
• Provide end-to-end platform support and ad-hoc technical support to stakeholders.
• Support stakeholder queries and conduct product demonstrations or presentations when required.
• Perform system data setup and configure system settings as needed.
• Conduct data validation and oversee transaction execution within the system to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues.
• Prepare daily operational reports and complete other tasks assigned by the IT Manager.
• Coordinate with developers and business users to improve system performance and user experience.
• Support and guide junior team members when necessary.

Main Requirements:

• Proven experience in software testing, QA processes, and debugging.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development SOPs including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Familiarity with database management tools such as PGAdmin and Navicat.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as PHP, Java, or Node.js.
• Strong analytical, validation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexible, fast learner, self-disciplined, and highly committed to work.
• Able to support roster schedules when required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using mock-up or wireframing tools to explain workflows and screen designs to developers and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Ability to manage small teams is an advantage.
