Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, ensuring robust coverage across software and system components

  • Develop detailed test plans including functional, integration, system, and end-to-end workflow validation

  • Design and execute verification and validation (V&V) activities, ensuring traceability between requirements and test cases

  • Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve defects

  • Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and root cause analysis to drive timely resolution and quality improvements

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, R&D, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements and test coverage

  • Validate customer workflows and contribute to usability and system-level quality enhancements

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards by maintaining audit-ready documentation and supporting regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, or related field

Mandatory Skills, Knowledge:

  • 6+ years of experience in QA for complex products (instrumentation preferred)

  • Knowledge of test methodologies, defect tracking, and root cause analysis

  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments

  • Experience with life sciences instruments.

  • Familiarity with regulated environments.

  • Understanding of lab workflows.
