The GBS OSS One Digital Warehousing Team is leading the transformation of P&G's Supply Chain through the introduction ofPrIMEWarehouse Management Solutions, Affordable Machine Automation, and Supply Chain Synchronization solutions. These solutions digitize and transform P&G Warehouse Operations by applying industry best practices, systems, and work processes to deliver breakthrough productivity improvements.

The Software Manageris responsible forapplication development and governance processesleveragingthird-party suppliers. This role communicates technical opportunities and constraints to service owners and ensures that all organizational units are actively involved in understanding their risk profile and mitigating risks via an action plan.

As Software Manager for Blue Yonder (BY) classic Warehouse Management System (WMS) RTCIS, you will ensure that the application continues supporting P&G's Critical Business Process Warehousing and meets all business requirements from Legal / Quality Assurance, Security / Stewardship, and Technology Obsolescence perspectives, until the transition to BY strategic WMSPrIMEhas been fully completed.

This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including IT, business owners, third-party vendors, and strategic project teams to deliver warehouse management solutions aligned with P&G’s supply chain transformationobjectives

How success looks like

  • Effective co-ownership of the RTCIS solution architecture, lifecycle, and roadmap.

  • Timely delivery of development, security, quality assurance (including automated testing), andreleasemilestones.

  • Maintaining compliance with stewardship requirements through successful audits, penetration tests, IT policy adherence, and vulnerability management.

  • Smooth transition and support for strategic projects such as BY WMSPrIMEmigration and SAP upgrades.

  • Proactive identification, communication, and mitigation of technical risks across organizational units.

  • Strong vendor management and collaboration that drive quality and performance.

Responsibilitiesof the role

  • Co-own RTCIS solution, defining product architecture, lifecycle, and roadmap.

  • Lead requirement management, solution development, security, quality assurance (including automated testing), and release management.

  • Manage vendor relationships to deliver project milestones effectively.

  • Design, develop, andmaintaininterfaces to systems such as SAP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Product Supply Warehouse Control Systems, and local applications.

  • Ensure stewardship compliance, including external and internal audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.

  • Maintain Computer Software Assurance processes to preserve FDAvalidatedstatus of RTCIS.

  • Provide consultation for strategic projects, including migrations, upgrades, and information security initiatives.

  • Support operational resources with technical guidance and problem resolution.

Job Qualifications

Hard Skills:

  • Expertisewith RTCIS WMS application and database, Integrator and ESI tools, with 5+ years’ experience.

  • Proven capability in Application Lifecycle Management including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Deep knowledge of warehousing processes and ability to align IT solutions with business requirements per RTCIS strategy.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess root causes of defects and direct remediation efforts (software fixes or process changes).

  • Vendor leadership and cross-team collaboration experience.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communicationskills to engage multiple stakeholdersregardingtechnical opportunities and risks.

  • Proactive problem solver withabilityto coordinate between technical and business teams.

  • Collaborative leadership style focused on vendor and team alignment.
