
Builds and improves software and Web applications using Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, and Spring Boot. Develops User Interaction (UI) screens using HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, and Angular. Creates reusable templates using Angular directives and Node Package Manager (NPM) manager tools -- Node.js. Develops single page applications (SPA) using Typescript and maintains application features using test automation frameworks and tools -- JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, and Cypress. Develops and designs software products to improve the quality, security, and stability of customer experiences. Supports and integrates RESTful services using Web service formats (JSON and XML). Creates and enhances Application Programming Interface (API) design components, including versions, isolation, and micro-services, using modeling languages -- Swagger. Develops APIs using Python and Golang. Containerizes applications using Docker and deploys them using Kubernetes. Provides business solutions by developing complex or multiple software applications.
Primary Responsibilities
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) designing, building and testing Web applications, using Angular, Node.js, or Java.
Or, alternatively, Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) designing, building, and testing Web applications, using Angular, Node.js, or Java.
