We are looking foraSeniorSoftware Engineer with knowledge and a broad range of concepts, technology, and domain insights to develop and deliver world-class software solutions.

You will be primarily responsible for building softwarein fast-paced,greenfieldenvironments, using the latest cloud tooling & frameworks to createearly-stageprototypes & MVP releases that help advance business cases for new products.

Along withtheinitialbuild, there is an expectation you can helpestablishand evolvethese initiatives tohelpexpandour portfolio of ventures

Key Responsibilities

Experience

The ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications andexpertise

• Experience as a product-minded engineer, working from customer problems through to MVP solutions while helping shape product direction and delivering high-quality software

• Design, implement, and run full-stack applications, ensuring seamless integration across front-end, back-end, and database layerswithhigh test coverage

• Implement andmaintainrobust CI/CD pipelinesandInfrastructure asCode for a full stack project using AWS

• Proactivelyidentify, prioritize, and address technical debt, ensuring sustainable code quality and alignment with long-term project goals

• Take initiative andprovideexpert guidance tothe business on how to scope & develop new products

We are interested to hear from people who have experience in

• Strong experience in software design, including designing scalable, maintainable, and well-structured systems with clear separation of concerns and sound engineering trade-offs

• Strong experience with automated testing across the whole testing pyramid, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to support quality, reliability, and confident delivery

• 5+ years of programming and software development experience. Experience and comfort in TypeScript and Node.js

• Proven experience building modern front-& back-end experiences using modern web technologies such asNextjs/React

• Experience integrating and developing queries for SQL databases such as PostgreSQL

• Experience in web security practices with proven experience implementing andmaintainingsecure applications

Desired

• Experience applying Domain-Driven Design to model complex business domains,establishclear bounded contexts, and create software that aligns closely with business concepts and workflows

• Experience with, or curiosity about, AI-native engineering, including exploring how AI-assisted tools, agents, and workflows can improve software delivery, developer productivity, and product capability
