Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for implementing and operating the supported solutions within the DevOps team.
  • Ensuring implementation stays close to the standard in order to avoid technical debt and make optimal use of platform enhancements.
  • Developing high-quality, sustainable solutions with a forward-looking view across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Responsibility for the security of the products and solutions to be supported.
  • Close collaboration across teams and products with other ServiceNow product teams.
  • Active contribution as a central part of the DevOps product team, including the integration of connected products and systems.
  • Design and develop ServiceNow HRSD solutions including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
  • Implement and optimize Employee Center Pro (EC Pro) to deliver modern, personalized employee experiences in global enterprise environments.
  • Translate complex global HR business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform standards.
  • Configure and extend HR workflows, integrations, and case routing mechanisms.
  • Ensure seamless integration of HRSD with enterprise systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, user experience, and self-service capabilities.
  • Apply AI tools to improve developer productivity (e.g., code generation, documentation, testing).
  • Leverage ServiceNow platform AI capabilities (e.g., Now Assist) to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven use cases in HRSD (e.g., virtual agents, intelligent routing, summarization).
  • Contribute to best practices for responsible AI usage.

Education & Work Experience

  • Completed a degree in computer science.
  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in HRSD and EC Pro in global enterprises.
  • Deep experience with HRSD modules and EC Pro.
  • Sound knowledge of JavaScript development, with a focus on object-oriented programming and a solid understanding of class structures, class inheritance, and software design principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
  • Solid experience in designing and implementing integrations (REST/SOAP/PowerShell).
  • Proven in-depth experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems using various integration technologies.
  • Experience working in agile structures and implementing agile and hybrid projects, complemented by strong teamwork skills and goal orientation.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application.
  • Basic understanding of AI ServiceNow platform capabilities (NowAssist).
  • Experience as a full-stack developer is helpful but not required.
  • ITIL Foundation level and project management certification are advantageous.
