As a Senior Software Engineer (L5) on the detection and response AI team, you will take end-to-end ownership of different workstreams across the Detection AI space. You will operate with high autonomy, translating ambiguous organizational goals into clear technical roadmaps. You will research, identify, and lead critical problems for the team to solve. Partnering alongside a peer Tech Lead, you will carve out multi-quarter technical initiatives, establish architectural direction, and multiply the output of a talented pool of L3 and L4 engineers.

We operate key enterprise platforms (Brief, Incident Communications) orchestrating critical communications during major Alphabet incidents.
