Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce development teams across multiple projects and initiatives
  • Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and code review oversight
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
  • Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business goals
  • Drive best practices for Salesforce development, governance, and deployment
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers
  • Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Lead and manage integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware platforms
  • Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and system security
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and quality practices
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and support release and deployment processes
  • Identify technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (16+ years of formal education)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (mandatory)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)
  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce Technical Lead role
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow
  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Solid expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security model
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices (Git, Jenkins, Copado, etc.)
  • Proven solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
  • Proven excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide development teams
