Our scope spans CI/CD infrastructure and Python tooling/services that automate quality, compliance, and engineering workflows across multiple product teams.What you'll doDesign, build, and maintain Python tools and services (CLI + APIs) used by many teams; focus on robustness, usability, and long-term maintainability.Raise the bar on software engineering quality: architecture, testing strategy, code reviews, release, and documentation.Improve and automate CI/CD workflows and platform operations, using an infrastructure-as-code and reliability mindset.Build/operate platform components around monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance troubleshooting.Collaborate with internal "customers" (engineering teams): understand their workflow pain points, provide guidance, and deliver pragmatic solutions.Occasionally handle support tickets / incidents (triage, mitigation, postmortems) with a strong bias for automation and prevention.What this role isYou will work on multiple codebases and domains (automation, compliance, platform reliability).
