What You Will Do
- Design and implement full-stack applications using TypeScript and Python to support business operations.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to refine product requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Develop and maintain APIs that integrate with various services and platforms.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4–8 years of experience in software engineering, focusing on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python with a strong understanding of their ecosystems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally within the software development or insurance sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also being self-directed.
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in enterprise software solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices in software development.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $200K to $320K, complemented by equity options between 0.1% and 0.3%. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking team at the forefront of the insurance technology landscape.
