We empower buyers with AI to craft optimal procurement plans and automate execution, turning procurement data into measurable outcomes. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will own services and systems end‑to‑end, propose sound architectures, and ensure the platform is efficient, stable, and evolvable. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and cross‑regional engineering teams to advance platform capabilities, reliability, and developer experience, while mentoring teammates and raising the overall technical bar.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and evolve backend services with maintainability, scalability, and observability.
- Partner with product, design, and cross‑functional teams to ship new capabilities and improve experience.
- Improve reliability via performance analysis, tuning, and code quality initiatives.
- Mentor teammates through reviews, architecture guidance, and knowledge sharing.
