We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in PHP development. This role focuses on full-stack development, application architecture, and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Development: Build and maintain high-quality applications using PHP, including frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.

TeamMentorship: Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Application Knowledge: Understand and troubleshoot issues across the application stack.

Effective Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clearly conveying technical concepts.

Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on software development, with a focus on PHP.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP, with experience in frameworks like Laravel or Codeigniter; familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.

SoftSkills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to mentor and collaborate.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
