Job Title: Offshore – Senior Software Engineer (Next.js/React + Backend & AWS)

We are looking for an Offshore Senior Software Engineer with balanced expertise in frontend (Next.js/React) and backend development along with AWS platform experience (50% frontend, 50% backend/cloud). The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications and contributing across the full stack.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop web applications using Next.js and React
Build and maintain backend services and APIs
Work on end-to-end application development (frontend + backend)
Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS
Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore/onshore teams
Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies
Required Skills (Frontend – 50%)
Strong experience in React.js and Next.js
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
Experience with SSR, routing, and performance optimization
Knowledge of state management (Redux/Context API)
Required Skills (Backend & AWS – 50%)
Solid experience in backend development (Node.js/.NET/Java)
Strong knowledge of REST APIs / microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway)
Experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment
Understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
Good to Have
Experience with TypeScript
Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
Exposure to GraphQL
Familiarity with testing tools (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
