Apptronik is a human-centered robotics company developing AI-powered robots to support humanity in every facet of life. Our flagship humanoid robot, Apollo, is built to collaborate thoughtfully with people, starting with critical industries such as manufacturing and logistics, with future applications in healthcare, the home, and beyond.
We operate at the cutting edge of embodied AI, applying our expertise across the full robotics stack to solve some of society's most important problems. You will join a team dedicated to bringing Apollo to market at scale, tackling the complex challenges like safety, commercialization, and mass production to change the world for the better.
As a Senior Software Engineer - Navigation at Apptronik, you will lead the development of advanced navigation systems that empower our general-purpose robots to seamlessly operate in human environments. These robots are designed to move, work, and interact alongside people — in spaces built for humans — performing meaningful tasks that improve efficiency and quality of life.
You will be responsible for designing and deploying high-performance, robust, and scalable navigation software that allows our robots to traverse dynamic, semi-structured environments safely and intelligently. This role sits at the intersection of autonomy, perception, and controls, requiring both deep technical expertise and strong systems-level thinking.

Robots have the potential to reshape our existence. Our mission is to leverage robotics to improve universal quality of life. Robots will become one of the most impactful and effective tools humanity has ever created. We believe robots should do the work humans don’t want to do.
We pursue ambitious goals to make this a reality. We’re not satisfied making incremental improvements to the status quo but are driven to change the paradigm altogether. Our robots are versatile, capable of solving numerous tasks with a single embodiment.
Join us on the next phase of our journey as we get our systems out into the world to do the most meaningful work.
