ABOUT THE ROLE:

We areseekinga highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing, supporting, and

improving moderate to high complexity test systems for aerospace products. You willbe responsible forproviding software solutions for test systems and contributing to process improvements within the department.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design, support, improve, and test moderate tohigh complexity test systems,ensuring designs meet testability and reliabilitycriteria

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the detailedphases of test projects

• Contribute to the creation and evaluation of testsystemrequirements, test strategies, andprovide estimates for new testsoftware

• Overseesand manages advanced software engineering projects frominceptionto completion, ensuring quality standards andtimelydelivery

• Establishes andmaintainssoftware development standards and methodologies to optimize performance and ensure highquality code

• Analyzes and troubleshoots complex software issues,leveragingdiverse information sources to implement effective solutions

• Provides guidance and support to less experienced engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledgesharing environment

• Communicates and coordinates with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to drive project success and build consensus on technical solutions

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Knowledge of NIVeriStand(Custom Devices development)Knowledge of repository tools (git / bitbucket)

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

• More than 4 years of proven experience in a relevant industry

• Solid knowledge of phases and processesrequiredfor successfully introducing new product into production

• Expert knowledge of LabVIEW

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English and Polish (written and spoken)

• Solid knowledge of NITestStand

• Solid knowledge of Python

• Nice to have:Experience in Aerospace industry, Knowledge of NIVeriStand(Custom Devices development), Knowledge of repository tools (git / bitbucket)
