We are looking for an experienced
Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve high‑quality software solutions within a complex, mission‑critical technology environment. You will work in
cross‑functional teams, contributing to both new development and the continuous improvement of existing platforms, while helping drive engineering excellence across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions
- Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of existing systems
- Contribute to technical design decisions and technology selection
- Support and mentor other engineers through knowledge sharing and training
- Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Investigate and resolve software issues to ensure optimal system performance
- Participate actively in team discussions, design reviews, and problem‑solving sessions
Your skills, experience, and qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in demanding environments
- Strong knowledge of one or more programming paradigms: OOP, concurrent, functional, asynchronous programming
- Hands‑on experience with one or more ecosystems: Java, C++, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Practical use of TDD / ATDD practices and tooling
- Experience with CI tools and best practices
- Proficiency with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Docker, AWS, and modern IDEs (Eclipse, VS Code, etc.)
- Ability to understand functional and non‑functional requirements and contribute to effective solutions
- Comfortable working with complexity in multi‑functional, Agile teams
- Professional, rigorous approach and strong collaboration skills across roles and seniority levels
Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
Valid EU work permit for non‑EU candidates
