We’re representing a profitable, fast-growing healthcare infrastructure startup building the data engine behind some of the largest healthcare systems in the world. Their platform helps healthcare organizations streamline procurement, master data management, and operational efficiency through large-scale data integration and automation systems.
The company partners closely with hospitals, healthcare supply chain organizations, consulting firms, and enterprise customers to solve highly complex operational and data problems. With strong traction, profitability since inception, and rapid year-over-year growth, they are scaling their engineering team to support increasing customer demand and platform expansion.
What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between the platform and customer ERP systems, operational tools, and enterprise data sources
- Develop scalable backend systems and data pipelines that transform and reconcile large, messy datasets across healthcare environments
- Build tooling and automation systems that reduce onboarding time, implementation complexity, and operational overhead
- Partner directly with customer technical teams to scope requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reliable integration solutions
- Help evolve the company’s integration architecture, reliability standards, and engineering best practices
- Own monitoring, alerting, reconciliation, and operational reliability for integration systems and services
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows, infrastructure tooling, and internal developer platforms supporting integration engineering
- Balance reusable platform capabilities with customer-specific customization needs in a pragmatic, scalable way
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, code reviews, and mentorship across the engineering team
Ideal Background

- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, including experience working with large, operationally complex datasets
- Experience designing and maintaining ETL workflows, integration pipelines, or enterprise data systems
- Ability to work directly with customer technical stakeholders and translate ambiguous business requirements into reliable systems
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and autonomy
Preferred
- Experience integrating with ERP systems or enterprise operational platforms
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and cloud-native backend systems
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and modern CI/CD practices
- Experience building internal tools or lightweight frontend applications using React or TypeScript
- Exposure to healthcare technology, healthcare operations, or supply chain systems
- Familiarity with data quality, reconciliation, and master data management workflows
Compensation and Benefits and Other Things
- Base salary: $140K–$180K
- Performance bonus: 10–20% of base salary
- Fully remote U.S.-based role with flexible collaboration culture
- 100% employer-covered health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) matching program
- Flexible PTO policy
- Opportunity to work at a profitable, founder-led startup with strong market traction and growth
- High ownership engineering culture with meaningful customer and product impact
- Strong focus on autonomy, technical leadership, and long-term career growth within the company
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex, real-world data problems, working closely with customers, and building scalable integration systems that power enterprise workflows.
