Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in our team, responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable software solutions. Your expertise in C++ and multithreading will be crucial in creating efficient and robust applications. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

• Design and develop C++ applications with a focus on memory management, file I/O, and multithreading.
• Implement efficient synchronization mechanisms and optimize code for performance.
• Develop and triage Linux-based applications, utilizing command-line tools, POSIX, and network protocols.
• Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the developed software.
• Evaluate coding tests and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality.
• Integrate IDEs with source code systems and set up Linux IDEs as per project requirements.
• Apply agile methodologies and collaborate effectively within a Scrum team.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, employing effective problem-solving skills.
• Optimize application performance by reducing memory allocations and optimizing loops.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development.

• 6-8+ years of experience in C++ programming, with a strong understanding of memory management and file I/O.
• Expertise in multithreading, including creating and managing threads and synchronization mechanisms.
• Proficiency in Linux development and triage, with knowledge of command-line tools, POSIX, and network concepts.
• Experience in writing unit tests and evaluating coding standards for C++ applications.
• Familiarity with IDE integration, source code management tools, and agile methodologies.
• Good understanding of developing web applications on the C++ platform.
• Strong project management skills and exposure to SDLC processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging abilities, with experience in performance optimization.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and containers for deployment is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills, with a positive and adaptable attitude.
