Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using GoLang and Java Springboot and modern front-end frameworks (e.g. HTML5, React)
  • Support and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and UX to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose adoption wherever beneficial
  • Usage of AI Tools like Claude/Codex, Github Copilot, PR Code Review and other latest AI tool set
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Builder Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Solid experience with front-end technologies: GoLang, HTML5, Java Springboot, JavaScript, and frameworks like React
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
  • Solid experience with front-end technologies: GoLang, HTML5, Java Springboot, JavaScript, and frameworks like React
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices
  • Knowledge of latest AI technologies, AI tools, Claude/Codex, Github Copilot, Figma etc.
  • Good Knowledge in DevOps tools and practices: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/ARM/Bicep
  • Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
