What you'll be doing:
Design, develop, and maintain runtime infrastructure libraries for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) systems.
Enhance test program architecture and infrastructure for next-generation products.
Collaborate with ATE vendors and contract manufacturers to enable new test capabilities.
Work cross-functionally across design, product, and operations teams to improve quality and time-to-market.
What we need to see :
An innovative problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity.
5+ years of experience and a BS or higher in Computer Science or related field.
Java expert. Experience with Advantest SmartTest8 is a strong plus.
High proficiency with Git and modern development practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams.
Self-motivated, fast learner, with high standards for execution.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience in real-time or embedded development.
Experience in C#/.NET development.
Familiarity with VBA or VB6.
Background in semiconductor testing and HW/SW interfaces.
Experience in ATE test infrastructure development
