What you will really be doing

🧩 Build and evolve responsive React and TypeScript experiences that make complex IAM workflows clear and intuitive.

🎨 Make pragmatic design decisions with product managers and our design system team, keeping the application cohesive while balancing functionality and deadlines.

🔗 Design and maintain integrations between our portal, backend services, and assorted third-party systems.

🚀 Work across a broad surface area: backend, React frontend, and the DevOps infrastructure that keeps everything running.

🧭 Shape features with the product team scoping, estimating, and challenging the “why” behind what we build.

🤝 Mentor teammates, contribute to architectural discussions, and help facilitate agile ceremonies.

🔁 Support a team that owns everything end-to-end, from infra to UI, in a domain where you can grow.

How you will be doing this

• Working as part of a self-driven team of seven that owns an entire “app within the app” - full flow, full responsibility.
• Using and improving our DevOps setup (Terraform, CI/CD, cloud platforms), building on the foundations already established.
• Mostly focusing on frontend, but with the opportunity to jump into frontend and infrastructure when it makes sense.
• Collaborating closely with other engineering teams and other disciplines to balance technical depth with user and business needs.
• Bring your experience, curiosity, and the right attitude to help the team scale.

Who we think you are

• An engineer who takes ownership, makes sound design and technical decisions, and navigates a broad product landscape.
• Strong in React and TypeScript, with experience building maintainable, accessible, and user-friendly applications.
• Comfortable contributing to CI/CD and modern development practices; experience owning pipelines or third-party systems is a plus.
• Curious about IAM or identity-related domains, even if you haven’t worked in them before; C#/.NET backend knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with identity solutions or platforms such as Auth0, Frontegg, Keycloak, Identiy Server is a plus.
• Comfortable collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers, coordinating work, and contributing to architectural discussions.
• Someone who thinks holistically: cohesive product design, purpose, users, functionality, and deadlines - not just code.

Team

We build and maintain the secure, scalable foundations that power the product, including user access and core platform services. Our work is AI-enabled and follows modern software development lifecycle practices.

We collaborate closely across engineering, product, and security, supported by structured ceremonies, clear roadmap, and shared ownership. We practice continuous delivery using feature toggles to release changes safely and incrementally.
