As a Senior Engineer in the Graph team, you will be at the heart of our Knowledge Graph and AI-driven transformation, building the tools that turn fragmented inputs into connected, contextual intelligence.
Ardoq has been developing its own graph database engine. A unique multi-model graph database with support for point in time queries, zero cost branching, semantic models and reasoning. This technology is essential for achieving the strategic goal of developing enterprise digital twins.

Architect the Foundation: Build out capabilities and harden the graph database for production workloads
Shape the AI Future: Partner with Product to align and expose the capabilities of graph technologies with the AI roadmap.
Optimize for Health: Lead technical clean-up efforts and pay down high-complexity technical debt to strengthen long-term system maintainability.

You’ll start with a sync to align on mission-critical features, then dive into high-impact coding or architectural design for our proprietary graph database. You’ll spend time providing architecture-level feedback in code reviews, mentoring peers, and experimenting with modern AI approaches to improve our efficiency. By afternoon, you might be collaborating across disciplines to evaluate a solution for a customer's digital transformation journey, ensuring our engineering decisions measurably support their outcomes.

The Experience: You have a proven track record in advanced software development, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment, and are comfortable delivering solutions across large, partially defined scopes.

The Tools: You are proficient in modern software patterns and system-level debugging, but you are also "AI-fluent"—regularly exploring tools to improve code quality and Efficiency.
The Communicator: You use structured thinking to guide decisions and can communicate clear recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
