Job Description

Who we're looking for

We're hiring senior, product-minded full-stack engineers to build Supio's agentic platform — applied AI at the core, in high-stakes, real-world legal workflows. You build product end-to-end in TypeScript across the stack, from the interfaces customers touch to the services behind them. You have hands-on experience shipping LLM/AI systems in production, you're fluent using coding agents in your daily workflow, and you operate with real autonomy. You've thrived in a startup environment and you're excited to build greenfield.

What you'll build

(scope depends on team placement)
  • Agentic platform capabilities spanning voice calling & transcription, medical/financial records extraction, and legal document drafting
  • The agent runtime — prompt/tool architecture, skill and prompt management, and cost/performance optimization
  • The core full-stack application customers work in every day
  • Production LLM-driven features, plus the evaluation, tooling, and monitoring that keep them accurate and observable at scale

You won't just ship features — you'll shape the architecture and technical direction of a fast-evolving, AI-native platform, with senior autonomy and end-to-end ownership.

What you'll bring (must-haves)

  • True full-stack depth. You own product end-to-end, front to back. This isn't a front-end or backend specialist role; you're comfortable across the whole stack (React/TypeScript on the front end and modern backend services, APIs, and data pipelines).
  • Strong product sense. You build customer-facing product and translate real user needs into technical solutions
  • Hands-on applied AI/LLM systems experience. You've built real systems end-to-end and can speak to what you owned and what broke in production
  • Fluency with coding agents as part of how you build
  • Startup background. Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and greenfield
  • Autonomy and ownership. Able to meet in-office/hybrid expectations in Seattle or San Francisco

Nice to have

  • Prior experience at AI-native companies
  • Formal ML background (optional — practical AI fluency matters more than credentials)

Compensation

Competitive package of base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits.

Seattle: $180,000–$255,000 annually
San Francisco: $200,000–$255,000 annually

Actual comp depends on qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
