We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer - Lahore

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our team as an independent contributor in a hands-on development role. This is not a management position – you'll be coding most of the day, mentoring junior developers through code reviews, and driving technical excellence across the product portfolio.

Key products you'll be working on includes:

Traffic Management System (TMS): Server-side event visualization and camera management dashboard.

VISTAPRO Configuration Utility: Configuration Utility for all-in-one edge analytics camera with World's first certified radar-grade speed measurement using proprietary Core3D algorithm.

Responsibilities:

- (75%) Take complete responsibility of the TMS and VISTAPRO configuration tool lifecycle. Fix, optimize and enhance any deficiencies, implement new features and be fully responsible for all future development.

- (25%) Mentor junior developers through code-reviews, to enforce code standards and architectural patterns, and to enhance application efficiency. You'll also be responsible for driving technical discussions, solution architecture sessions and future technical enhancements.

Note: The time split breakdown given above is suggestive and may change on day-to-day basis. You'll be responsible for managing this shift as per defined priorities.

Requirements:

  • - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field
  • - 5+ years of professional full stack development, across back-end such as .NET, Java, Python, Golang, NodeJS or C++ codebases, and front-end technologies like ReactJS experience
  • - Strong proficiency in C++ programming, including modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17/20), memory management, and performance optimization
  • - Proven record of successful product(s) delivery at reputable organization(s)
  • - Proficiency in architecting and developing frontend and backend systems
  • - Experience with Linux systems
  • - Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and platforms (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar)
  • to enhance development productivity, code quality, and problem-solving
  • - Experience in mentoring junior developers, conducting effective code reviews and ability to explain
  • complex technical concepts clearly
  • - (Bonus) Experience with Computer Vision and AI based Software development
  • - (Bonus) Experience with desktop application development

Not a Good Fit

  • - If you haven't worked in an on-premise office setting
  • - If your average tenure at an organization over your career is less than one year.

  • Job Location: DHA Phase 2 Lahore.
  • Work Mode: Full-Time Onsite
  • Work Timings: 11 AM - 9 PM
  • Work Days: Mon - Fri
  • Salary: Market Competitive (In PKR)
