Your territory

As part of our Software Development team, you will:

• Develop world-class software solutions for a global leader in the pet tech industry
• Work with modern technologies to elevate our in-house manufacturing, logistics, and RMA platforms - key tools ensuring the efficient production and distribution of millions of GPS trackers globally
• Help your teammates grow through mentoring and guidance, empowering them to overcome obstacles, sharpen their skills, and continuously improve
• Design, develop, and launch new features across the entire stack— while ensuring solutions deliver high performance, reliability, and seamless user experience
• Lead the architectural design, development, and seamless integration of third-party services to amplify our platform’s capabilities
• Bring your passion for technology to the team, driving innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible
• Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive performance improvements - making our systems faster, more efficient, and more scalable

Your profile

Key requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience working with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot
• Strong expertise in backend development; infrastructure and DevOps experience a plus
• Proficient with frontend technologies (e.g. Angular, React, or Vue.js)
• Solid knowledge of databases (e.g. MongoDB, MySQL)
• Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns, capable of writing scalable, maintainable code
• Confident communicator with the ability to articulate and defend ideas effectively
• Very good English skills
