Job Description


Our Client has built an unique Startup to enhance Kubernetes for developers.
Their founders - the biggest IT investors in the USA -  have led tech innovation for decades and are now taking Kubernetes to the next level.
Their build an open-source ecosystem for the next generation products and projects. They are currently extending their teams, filling key roles and look forward to matching with talented engineers.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong React, Electron, and Developer tools back ground.

  • Currently with a company building Software Tools and/or going through K8s journey.

  • Experienced with Open-Source SW and community building/nurturing.

  • Experience working in a small self-organizing team with clear objectives and loosely defined boundaries.

  • Experience with ideation, quick prototyping, and scaling a Product idea.

  • Passionate about helping like-minded Developers and Builders.

  • Opinionated yet humble.

  • Experienced and open-minded.

  • Results oriented and accountable.

  • Been part of a failed start-up or a project is a Plus.


Requirements


  • 5+ years software development.

  • 2+ years FE development experience with React/Redux, CSS/styling, etc.

  • Good understanding of containers / k8s.

  • Experience with API definitions / consumption - OpenAPI/GraphQL/etc.

  • Production experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Google, MSFT, etc).

  • Experience with Git(Hub) and related developer workflows, including GitOps/CD, CI, etc.

  • Experience with agile methods/tools; Scrum/Shape-up, JIRA/Trello, etc.

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
