Workload - 80 - 100%

The position aims to deliver high-value solutions in collaboration with key customers and business departments. The candidate will work in a team to develop full-stack applications and services that support core business capabilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience in the .NET stack, strong backend development skills, and end-to-end development lifecycle expertise.

What will you do

• Build and evolve AI‑enabled applications from early prototypes to production systems

• Collaborate closely with product managers and analysts during ideation and discovery phases

• Design, architecture, develop, and maintain high‑quality backend services like APIs, MCPs, databases and messaging systems

• Rapidly experiment with new ideas and iterate based on feedback and data

• Participating in DevOps activities: CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting

• Take ownership of software components for products emerging from ideation initiatives

• Continuously explore new development tools, frameworks, and AI‑related capabilities

• Share learnings and support other teams through knowledge exchange

What you bring & who you are

• Several years of hands‑on experience as a software engineer using .NET

• Strong craftsmanship mindset and pride in building quality software

• Deep experience working across backend components (REST APIs, relational and non-relational databases, messaging queues, etc.), using modern architectural and design patterns

• Genuine and proven interest in AI‑enabled features and intelligent applications

• Enjoy working in ambiguous environments where problems are not fully defined

• Ability to balance speed of experimentation with production quality

• Team‑oriented, curious, and eager to learn

• Fluent in English; German is a plus
