Our group is responsible for implementing and managing leading edge applications including Product LifeCycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Global compliance platform (FMD - Full Material Disclosure), Enterprise Data Services (EDS), and software archival and distribution platform (NFA) to manage Apple’s HW and SW product information. We work on many high-impact projects that serve various Apple lines of business. We do all these with an exceptional group of software engineers, architects and technical project managers, working to make a difference for our customers.
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead who will ensure the enhancement, availability, performance, maintenance of highly available, mission critical enterprise platforms/applications to manage regulatory compliance of Apple Products (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch). In this role you will be partnering with cross functional teams across Apple. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, energetic individual with excellent communication skills.

BS / MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
6+ years designing and developing scalable, distributed backend systems
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, multi-threading, and data caching (e.g., Redis)
Experience architecting microservice-based systems with clear service boundaries and API contracts
Ability to translate business and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design
Frontend experience with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS; familiarity with component-driven design systems
Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Experience with relational (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, including data modeling and schema design
Comfortable deploying to containerized or cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS)
Experience in building solutions using GenAI.
