Role : CRM developer
Exp:8 to 14

• Duties and Responsibilities

  Lead the design and delivery of complex CRM solutions that meet business and customer needs. Review to ensure alignment with engineering standards.

  Design and implement workflows, plugins and custom entities

  Own the technical delivery of CRM initiatives, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability.

  Provide technical leadership and mentorship to CRM engineers.

  Identify and implement best practices across CRM development and configuration.

  Act as a key technical contact for stakeholders, translating business requirements into robust CRM solutions.

  Accountable for the custodianship and governance of CRM technical assets.

  Technical Skill Requirements

  Mandatory

  Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years if progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
• Hands-on experience writing plugins, workflows, JavaScript, dialogs, etc.
• Experience with C#.NET.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Desirable

• C#, plug-in, custom workflows.
• Developing Web resources (JavaScript, Html, jQuery).
• Workflows, Business Rules, Actions, Security Rules.
• Customization, Views, Forms in CRM.
• PowerApps (Model Driven & Canvas) & PowerApps Portal.
• Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Custom application and their integrations with Dynamics 365.
• Dynamics 365 integrations with Azure services like Logic Apps, Azure functions, and Azure storage.
• DevOps (CI/CD, Git Hub etc.).
