
About CloudOps Team:
CloudOps team is responsible for availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning of Icertis SaaS applications and related services. CloudOps executes infra & access provisioning, upgrades, deployments, and change management to drive faster time to market. This team plays a critical role in building and executing the cloud strategy for the company, driving architectural improvements to enhance scalability and optimize overall cost.
Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure using services such as:
Azure Virtual Machines, VM Scale Sets
Virtual Networks, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Load Balancers
Azure Storage Accounts, Backup, and Recovery
Implement high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery solutions in Azure
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure resources for performance and cost
Manage IAM using Azure AD, RBAC, and security best practices
Deploy, manage, and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters
Configure Kubernetes networking, ingress controllers, and service meshes
Perform cluster upgrades, scaling, and troubleshooting
Implement Kubernetes security best practices (RBAC, secrets, network policies)
Monitoring & Operations
Implement monitoring using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues
Participate in on-call support and incident management
Collaborate with application, security, and platform teams
Develop automation using PowerShell
Improve operational efficiency through scripting, runbooks, and scheduled tasks
Integrate automation with monitoring and alerting systems
Exposure to AIOps concepts such as predictive monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated remediation
Familiarity with Azure AI services or tools used for:
Intelligent monitoring
Capacity planning
Incident analysis
5–7 years of experience in Azure Cloud Infrastructure
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes / AKS
Good knowledge of Linux and Windows administration
Experience with networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing, Firewalls)
Working experience in scripting (PowerShell)
Understanding of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions & AIOps concepts
Azure security and compliance best practices
Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or Kubernetes certifications)
Exposure to multi-tenant or enterprise-scale Azure environments
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
