About CloudOps Team:
CloudOps team is responsible for availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning of Icertis SaaS applications and related services. CloudOps executes infra & access provisioning, upgrades, deployments, and change management to drive faster time to market. This team plays a critical role in building and executing the cloud strategy for the company, driving architectural improvements to enhance scalability and optimize overall cost.

Azure Infrastructure

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure using services such as:

  • Azure Virtual Machines, VM Scale Sets

  • Virtual Networks, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Load Balancers

  • Azure Storage Accounts, Backup, and Recovery

• Implement high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery solutions in Azure

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure resources for performance and cost

• Manage IAM using Azure AD, RBAC, and security best practices

Kubernetes & Containerization

• Deploy, manage, and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters

• Configure Kubernetes networking, ingress controllers, and service meshes

• Perform cluster upgrades, scaling, and troubleshooting

• Implement Kubernetes security best practices (RBAC, secrets, network policies)

• Monitoring & Operations

• Implement monitoring using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues

• Participate in on-call support and incident management

• Collaborate with application, security, and platform teams

Scripting & Automation (Added Skill)

• Develop automation using PowerShell

• Improve operational efficiency through scripting, runbooks, and scheduled tasks

• Integrate automation with monitoring and alerting systems

• Exposure to AIOps concepts such as predictive monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated remediation

• Familiarity with Azure AI services or tools used for:

• Intelligent monitoring

• Capacity planning

• Incident analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Azure Cloud Infrastructure

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes / AKS

• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows administration

• Experience with networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing, Firewalls)

• Working experience in scripting (PowerShell)

• Understanding of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions & AIOps concepts

Good to Have

• Azure security and compliance best practices

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools

• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or Kubernetes certifications)

• Exposure to multi-tenant or enterprise-scale Azure environments

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
