About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong AI-first mindset. This role is ideal for someone who can design, build, and scale intelligent applications using modern AI technologies such as LLMs, machine learning models, and automation tools. You will lead the development of AI-powered features and help shape the technical direction of our products.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI-native applications and systems
• Integrate Large Language Models such as Gemini, Open AI, and Google Vertex AI into products
• Build intelligent workflows using tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Develop and consume APIs, microservices, and backend systems
• Optimize AI model performance, latency, and cost
• Implement prompt engineering and fine-tuning strategies
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
• Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability

Required skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong experience in one or more languages: Java, Python, Dart, or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems and LLM integration
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with AI agents and automation workflows
• Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone
• Experience deploying ML models to production
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with mobile or web frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React)
