As aSeniorSoftware Engineer, you will be a key member of LGT’s GenAI team in Zurich, co-creating production-grade applications together with business teams and engineering partners.
In this role, you will design, build, and operate scalable software solutions end-to-end across backend and frontend, with a strong focus on software engineering excellence, architecture, security, and maintainability. You will work on modern web applications, APIs, enterprise integrations, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure, helping bring innovative use cases into reliable production environments.
You will also explore how AI services can enhance products and engineering workflows. Deep AI expertise is not required; however, you should have a basic understanding of AI concepts and a strong interest in applying managed AI services and APIs responsibly in a regulated environment.
As a member of the team, you will contribute to architecture decisions and engineering standards, collaborate closely with colleagues, and help scale software engineering capabilities across LGT. The role requires strong hands-on engineering skills, sound technical judgment, and a pragmatic, product-oriented mindset.
