Senior Software Engineer
Responsible for developing low-level drivers for various sensors, including writing, adapting, and optimizing sensor communication interface code to ensure real-time, complete, and low-latency data acquisition.
Participate in the establishment of a sensor calibration system, including the calibration of parameters such as zero offset, temperature drift, and various types of errors, as well as algorithm implementation and noise filtering.
Compensate for hardware defects through software algorithms to improve sensor accuracy and stability in complex environments.
Develop efficient data acquisition programs to clean, convert, and perform preliminary processing of raw data, providing a unified, standardized data interface for upper-layer applications.
Optimize data links to ensure efficient integration and stable communication between sensor modules, the operating system, and algorithm modules.
Participate in requirements analysis for new projects and define technical specifications for sensor systems.
Oversee the evaluation and selection of sensor devices by comparing performance parameters, power consumption, cost, and compatibility across products from different manufacturers, and produce selection reports and comprehensive application solutions.
Evaluate hardware and software resource utilization, conduct power consumption management, performance bottleneck analysis, and reliability assessments.
Responsible for the software architecture design of the sensor subsystem, including modularization, interface definition, and middleware design, to support rapid integration and expansion of various sensor types.
Draft detailed design documents, interface protocols, API specifications, and user manuals.
Archive technical proposals, test reports, and issue analysis records to build a product software knowledge base.
Collaborate with hardware engineers to provide PCB layout recommendations and assist with hardware debugging.
Assist the supply chain and quality departments in providing technical oversight and support to suppliers.
Guide junior engineers in solving technical challenges, participate in code reviews, and enhance the team’s overall technical proficiency.
Respond promptly to technical issues raised by the market and customers, providing root cause analysis and solutions.

负责传感器子系统的软件架构设计,包括模块化划分、接口定义及中间件设计,支持多种传感器类型的快速接入与扩展。
编写详细的设计文档、接口协议、API说明等用户手册。
归档技术方案、测试报告及问题分析记录,建立产品软件知识库。
与硬件工程师协同进行PCB布局建议及硬件调试。
协助供应链与质量部门,对供应商进行技术管控与支持。
指导初级工程师解决技术难题,参与代码评审,提升团队整体技术水平。
快速响应市场及客户反馈的技术问题,提供根本原因分析及解决方案。
