Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at ICON, you will design and develop innovative software solutions that enhance our clinical operations and research processes.

What You Will Do:

Your experience in software development and engineering will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications to support clinical trial operations and data management.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of software quality.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, contributing to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve software functionality.

Your Profile:

You will have a strong foundation in software development and engineering, with the experience to work independently and guide others.

Required qualifications and experience:

• 8-12+ years of Oracle EBS Technical experience
• Strong exposure to Workflow, OAF, WebADI, APEX, Interfaces, APIs, Conversions, Forms & Reports
• Experience supporting multiple Oracle EBS modules
• Strong production support and issue resolution skills
• End-to-end solution ownership experience
