Are you an experienced Software Engineer with a background in software development and cloud technologies? We are looking for experienced developers to join our team at ICT Additude and work as consultants in assignments with our clients in Skåne.

🌟 The role

As a Software Engineer at ICT Additude, you will work as a consultant in assignments that vary depending on the client, project, and your experience. You may work with designing and developing backend systems, APIs, cloud-based solutions, integrations, databases, or system architecture.

We are also seeing AI becoming an increasingly important part of software development and our clients' technical environments. Therefore, we are particularly interested in developers who have experience working with AI technologies or who have used AI as part of their development work.

🔍⚙️ We are looking for someone with experience in

• System Design & Architecture: Designing and developing stable backend systems with a focus on business logic, maintainability, and scalability.

• Cloud Solutions: Working with Azure, AWS, or GCP and building or maintaining cloud-based applications.

• API Development: Developing APIs and integrating systems and external services.

• Database Management: Working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Security & Performance: Building secure systems and working with performance optimization.

• AI: Practical experience using AI technologies, services, or tools as part of software development.

🎯 The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer who enjoys solving technical problems and working in different environments. As a consultant, you are comfortable collaborating with different teams and stakeholders and adapting to different technical contexts and client needs.

You are also curious about developments within AI and have an interest in how AI can be used in software development and technical solutions.

👉 Requirements

• University degree within the IT field.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development using languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, C#, or Node.js.

• Experience in API development and database management (SQL and NoSQL).

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience working with security and authentication, such as OAuth.

• Experience or practical knowledge of AI technologies and tools.

• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.

• Willingness to work on-site with clients in Skåne and occasionally travel within the region.

🌈 Bonus Points

• Experience integrating AI services or LLMs into applications.

• Experience with technologies or concepts such as RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or AI agents.

• Experience with machine learning models.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with microservice or serverless architecture.

• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
