Our applications allow the administration, reservation and automation of over 530,000 devices in Cisco labs worldwide. The IAD CX Labs development team is responsible for all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirement intake to development and testing and post production support & operations. We are a small but global team of about 15 software engineers, product managers and support personnel.

Your Impact

Build and evolve the CX Labs Tool, an integrated platform that helps teams manage lab environments, assets, reservations, and automation. Own capabilities across a broad project spanning React and TypeScript user experiences, Python and GraphQL services, background workers, shared libraries, and supporting infrastructure. • Develop intuitive React experiences and robust Python services, APIs, integrations, and asynchronous workflows.
  • Apply established architecture, design-system, data-flow, and GraphQL boundary standards.
  • Create automated tests for every feature and defect fix to protect quality and accelerate delivery.
  • Diagnose complex issues across applications, workers, databases, messaging systems, and external integrations.
  • Improve performance, resilience, observability, developer workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Review code, share expertise, and influence engineering standards across the team.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize work, manage technical tradeoffs, and deliver measurable customer value.

What success looks like
