This is a remote position.
As a GTM Automation Engineer at Aspire, you will build and maintain backend services and automation workflows that power Indeed's Go-To-Market revenue engine. You will develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs, support AI SDR automation initiatives, and contribute to the GTM data platform codebase. Working within an agile sprint process, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver lead routing, assignment, and sales automation capabilities. This position is open to candidates in LATAM with core working hours of 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT (US Central time).
What You'll Do
Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows using Java, Python, and microservices architecture.
Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs, including EVO, Omnichannel, and lead assignment rules.
Support AI SDR automation — including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, and webhook-based lead routing.
Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA-based backlog (GTMDR project).
What You'll Need
5+ years
of professional experience in backend engineering.
Strong proficiency in Java or Python (required).
Experience with REST API integration and webhook development.
Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.
Ability to work during US Central time (CDT/CST) core hours (9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT).
Experience with Salesforce Apex.
Experience with Calendly API.
Experience building AI-assisted sales tooling.
