As a Software Engineer II, you will design, develop, review, andmaintainhigh-quality software solutions while contributing to system architecture, technical decision-making, and knowledge sharing across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions by analyzing user requirements and delivering robust, reliable implementations.
  • Drive architectural decisions, including modular and plugin-based design approaches.
  • Develop andmaintainhigh-performance features using modern C#/.NET technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with peers to understand real-world use cases and improve product quality.
  • Optimizeapplication performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards.

Ongoing Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance software applications through bug fixes, updates, and feature improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with developers, testers, and project managers to support successful delivery.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical support through troubleshooting, user guidance, and knowledge sharing.
  • Document development processes, including design decisions, testing outcomes, and maintenance activities.
  • Identifyand drive adoption of new tools, frameworks, and processes across the software development lifecycle.
  • Mentor team members through knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 5to 8years of software development experience.
  • Strong programmingexpertisein C#/.NET.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MS SQL.
  • Knowledge of front-end development is a plus, including technologies such as WPF, Blazor, HTML, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn new development techniques and domain concepts such ascolormanagement.
  • Fluency in English isrequired
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong senseof ownership and responsibility.

Development Practices and Tools

  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and GitHub.
  • Awareness of modern AI tools that can improve productivity and software quality.
