Paradigm is seeking a
Senior Software Engineer
to support our client, a global leader in the legal services industry. This role will focus primarily on hands-on development of high-volume, mission-critical web applications using C#/.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, AngularJS, and SQL Server.
The Senior Software Engineer participates throughout the software development lifecycle, contributes to technical design and architecture decisions, and serves as a technical resource and mentor to other developers. This position will also collaborate closely with department leadership, analysts, and business teams to translate requirements into reliable, scalable software solutions.

Assignment lengths are estimated based on the anticipated workload and scope of work. The assignment may be extended or may conclude earlier than anticipated based on business needs.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:
Participate in the full software development lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including requirements analysis, software design, prototyping, development, debugging, testing, and production support.
Design, develop, debug, test, and deliver scalable enterprise web applications.
Participate in technical design and implementation decisions.
Identify and proactively raise concerns when requirements or specifications may negatively affect software quality, system performance, scalability, or architecture.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional team members.
Troubleshoot complex application and technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Take a self-directed, proactive approach to problem-solving and software development.
Serve as a technical resource and mentor to other software engineers.
Contribute technical expertise and best practices to improve application quality, maintainability, and performance.
