We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in developing and delivering the next generation of scalable enterprise software and AI-powered applications. In this role, you will be part of a forward-thinking engineering team dedicated to building highly performant, secure, and automated solutions. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance software applications and AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while participating in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Integrate pre-trained machine learning models and Generative AI APIs into existing applications to build intelligent features, chatbot interfaces, and automations
  • Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate testing, and drive continuous improvement
  • Set up, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automating testing and software delivery processes
  • Evaluate emerging tech and AI trends to inform software design, architecture, and strategic team innovation
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level software engineers to maintain design standards and high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, system architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical specifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of experience with backend programming languages (such as Java, Python, Node.js, C#, or C++)
  • 3+ years of experience designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • 3+ years of experience with automated testing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  • 1+ years of experience building applications that integrate machine learning APIs, cognitive services, or generative AI models

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Experience working with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, including data privacy, security, and fairness in software integration
  • Experience building intelligent automation workflows, chat systems, or virtual assistant features
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
