To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an [(Snr.) Software Engineer of Power Module] located in [Jiading, Shanghai].

This position will be responsible for Shanghai RD DC/DC power module’s digital product’ application firmware development based on semiconductor power IC (Like TI ,MPS, Infineon’s popular digital IC) be used as controller on DC/DC power module. Maintain and debug the firmware for released digital DC/DC product based on customer requirement or product continuous improvement

What a typical day looks like

• Be responsible for Shanghai RD DC/DC power module’s digital product’ application firmware development based on semiconductor power IC (Like TI , MPS or Infineon’s popular digital IC) be used as main controller on DC/DC power module
• Maintain and debug the firmware for released digital DC/DC product based on customer requirement or product continuous improvement
• To be the technical interface towards digital IC vendor (TI, Infineon, MPS etc) regarding firmware development

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

• Bachelor’s degree of Science in computer technology or Electrical engineering with firmware development experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in switch power supply product development in both hardware and software
• Knowledge of programming languages: C, C#, Java or Python
• Strong problem-solving capability and electronic circuit debug skill
• Embedded system programming experience, better familiar with TI or Infineon IC’s Integrated Development Environment, GUI, PMBUS protocol etc.
• Understanding of PWM programming of real time operation and DC/DC basics
• Familiar with code revision control system, Git or Sourcesafe
• Fluent in written and spoken English Skills for internal communication and external communication with IC supplier
• Self-driven and motivation.
