We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer responsible for leading technical execution within Product Engineering teams. This role requires implementation of product capabilities with a strong focus on API-driven services and event-driven architecture. Collaborating closely with Product Management and Product Engineering to deliver customer and product-centric capabilities while leveraging lean development practices. You’ll bring a proactive attitude about risk, working to identify and resolve performance and scalability issues. Staff Engineers cultivate a healthy and respectful environment with a passion for driving innovation and excellence.
Partner with Engineering Managers to evaluate team performance, provide input for annual reviews, and participate in hiring initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
