The Software Engineer provides full-lifecycle software engineering support to the C5ISR Center Readiness and Rapid Capabilities (RRC) Portfolio under the DEVCOM FORCE contract. The position supports Engineering and Technical Support (ETS) activities for a broad range of Communications-Electronics (C-E), Intelligence Warfare (IW), Sensors, and Intelligence Operations (IO) systems. Work includes developing, designing, analyzing, implementing, testing, and sustaining software systems that integrate with complex hardware used across Army, Joint Services, and mission partner environments.
This role directly contributes to rapid prototyping, capability enhancement, production readiness, sustainment engineering, field support, and quality assurance for mission-critical C5ISR technologies.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $150000 to $180000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
