Job Description

We're working closely with a Las Vegas-based client we've known for years. They're building a brand-new enterprise platform from the ground up, and we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to be the primary builder behind it.

This is a true greenfield role. You'd take an existing prototype to production-grade software that every department runs on, owning the architecture end to end across front-end, back-end APIs, database design, integrations, and Azure deployment. You'd work directly with the head of technology, with no layers in between.

Highlights of the role include:

- Owning the full technical architecture of a company-wide platform, from prototype to go-live

- Making the foundational calls on frameworks and tooling within the Microsoft and Azure ecosystem

- Building practical AI-powered features like intelligent search, automated insights, and document generation

- Working directly with the decision-maker, not through layers of management

This is an onsite role in Las Vegas. We're after 5+ years of full-stack experience, real Azure depth, and a high-ownership mindset: you build it, you own it, you ship it. TypeScript, React, Next.js, .NET, C#, or Python all fit.
