We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Cloud Accelerator team. The team focuses on accelerating strategic cloud initiatives across SimCorp, helping shape modern cloud-based solutions for our clients. Your initial focus will be on Reconciliation Management, but. over time, the team’s focus may shift toward other accelerator initiatives and business areas where we can create high impact and drive innovation. You will join a collaborative engineering team working in an agile and DevOps-oriented setup. We work across the full stack using Azure, .NET, TypeScript, and Angular.

We actively explore modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development workflows, including tools such as Claude Code, to support experimentation, learning, and developer productivity.

We value engineers who care deeply about what they build — not only from a technical perspective, but also from a user and business perspective. We are looking for someone curious, creative, and motivated by building solutions that create real value for users.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain modern cloud-based applications across the full stack.
  • Collaborate closely with other engineers, as well as product stakeholders, UX designers, and architects to shape solutions that solve real user problems.
  • Contribute to frontend and backend development using technologies such as .NET, TypeScript, and Angular.
  • Help define and evolve technical architecture, engineering practices, and development workflows.
  • Participate in discovery, experimentation, and iterative product development.
  • Build scalable and maintainable solutions with a strong focus on quality, testing, and operational excellence.
  • Take part in improving CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and developer experience.
  • Continuously explore opportunities to improve how we work, what we build, and the value we create for our clients.

WHAT WE VALUE

We imagine your profile looks something like this:

  • You have solid experience as a software engineer working across both frontend and backend technologies.
  • You have experience with modern frontend architecture and development using frameworks such as Angular and TypeScript. Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks is also valuable.
  • You have experience with C#, .NET, and cloud-based development.
  • You are familiar with Azure cloud services and modern DevOps practices.
  • You care about building high-quality, maintainable software and have experience with automated testing.
  • You are curious about users, workflows, and business problems — not just technical implementation.
  • You enjoy collaborating with others, sharing ideas, and helping shape both solutions and ways of working.
  • You thrive in environments where we learn and iterate as we go, and where creativity and initiative are valued.
  • You have experience working in agile product development teams.
  • Experience with micro frontends, distributed systems, or investment management workflows is a plus, but not required.
  • Most importantly, we are looking for someone who cares about creating meaningful solutions and is motivated by learning, improving, and building great products together with the team.
