We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in MEAN/MERN stack development and DevOps practices to build scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and development to deployment and optimization in cloud environments.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver modern, cloud-enabled applications while contributing to technical decisions, engineering best practices, and scalable product development. The role requires a strong foundation in full-stack engineering, database management, cloud technologies, and CI/CD implementation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications using MEAN or MERN stack technologies
• Build robust backend services and responsive frontend applications using Node.js, Angular or React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
• Lead technical initiatives and contribute to architecture, code quality, and engineering standards
• Design and optimize relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimations, code reviews, and release planning
• Ensure applications follow best practices related to scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement across systems and workflows
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and modern development practices to improve engineering efficiency

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development
• Strong expertise in MEAN or MERN stack technologies including MongoDB, Express.js, Angular or React.js, and Node.js
• Good understanding of Python and backend development concepts
• Strong experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL
• Hands-on exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
• Strong understanding of software architecture, SDLC, and Agile development methodologies
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while managing technical ownership and deliverables
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
